Solmar Hotels & Resorts Update - Temporarily pause operations at all properties
Amid the arduous times the world is currently experiencing and, while we’re happy to report that there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 at any of the seven all-suite properties that encompass Solmar Hotels & Resorts, we continue to monitor information about COVID-19 and there are now two confirmed and contained cases in Los Cabos as reported by the Los Cabos authorities. Following the recommendations of local authorities and the World Health Organization, starting March 23, 2020, and keeping the safety and wellbeing of our guests and residents our number one priority, we have decided to temporarily pause operations at all our properties until further notice as a preventive measure. To accompany this decision, our team will stop welcoming guests and will request current guests to check-out from all properties within the next 72-hours.
Though not an easy decision, our Solmar Hotels & Resorts family is taking this time to enhance our offering even more and prepare to host guests and residents in the near future.
